The sensations of anxiety have always been with me, like a dark shaddow, since as long as I can remember; overthinking, butterflies in the stomach (not the good kind), and a powerful inner critic. It has affected my grades, health, career and relationships. I accepted this was just how I was - until I discovered breathwork.

After tagging a long with a friend to a breathwork class (ok she dragged me there), I walked astonished. Those anxious sensations, were completely gone. I had entered into a state of deep relaxation and comfort within my own body and mind. A state I didn't think was possible to reach. I felt clearer about who I was and what I wanted out of life. I felt empowered.

I started to practice breathwork daily. Within a few weeks a noticed a shift within myself. Stressful events didn't feel so stressful. I was sleeping better, feeling more confident, and simply feeling more like me.

I knew this was something I needed to share with as many people as possible.

Hi Friend,

I became a trauma-informed breathwork guide in 2021, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients on their mental wellness journeys. My work involves helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult and transformative chapters of their lives.

Through breathwork and nervous system regulation, clients begin to experience greater clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of empowerment. They learn how to reconnect with their bodies, shift out of survival mode, and approach life with renewed presence and intention.

Before stepping into this work, I spent nearly a decade in the corporate world. Over time, I witnessed firsthand the toll that stress, burnout, and emotional disconnection can take on individuals and teams. It became clear to me that emotional and mental wellbeing in the workplace isn’t just important—it’s essential.

Today, I’m passionate about bringing the healing power of breathwork into corporate settings. When integrated with intention, breathwork can transform a workplace culture—boosting productivity, enhancing creativity, and fostering a more inspired, connected, and human-centered environment
