My Journey Into Breathwork
I've been navigating anxiety for most of my life. It used to affect my relationships, grades, and even professional success. When I serendipitously went to a breathwork class thinking it would help me unwind, I ended up walking away with the deepest sense of calm, connection, and empowerment, because I had just discovered, for the first time, a tool that fully eliminated the anxiety, and all I had to do was breathe.
